All of the products in my shop are digital downloads, which means they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.
That said, I truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you run into any issues—such as a broken file, download problem, or something not working the way it should please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll do my best to make it right.
